SummaryInitiates assessment and develops goal-oriented treatment plan based on patient's individual needs and abilities. Works within an interdisciplinary team in the completion of the recreational therapy plan of care, with evaluation of a patient’s pre-morbid leisure lifestyle and provides goals and objectives directed at a therapeutically designed recreation/leisure-oriented treatment which assists patients in attaining optimum level of functioning. As needed, develops, and implements diversionary activity program. Supports efforts for patient's social integration during rehabilitation stay.
