Position Summary:
The Direct Care Worker (DCW) / Recruiter serves a dual role by providing essential personal care services to clients in their homes while also actively recruiting qualified caregivers and direct care staff to support agency growth. This position ensures that client care is delivered with compassion, safety, and professionalism while helping build a strong team of care providers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct Care Duties:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Provide mobility assistance and help with prescribed exercises
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervisor
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
