**What you will do**
Inventory Planner is responsible for inventory planning operation and execution processes. This role serves as the leader to drive regional inventory performance to optimal levels, in alignment with the global/regional inventory strategies and processes.
Coordination of a consistent and effective IRM (Inventory Review Meeting).
Definition of an optimal Supply Strategy:
* Setting targets of SS, ROP, Coverage (Surgeries direct model).
* Setting EOQ targets.
Management of country ERPs & MRPs (Purchasing definition: pipeline, purchases without Sales Orders- LTB/Bridge Buy, Bids, Potential Business, etc.).
Inventory Management:
* Monitoring/alerting On-Hand & In-transit Inventory levels
* Reporting: Inventory Health Report, Inventory Projection Report, etc.
* Assessing inventory build opportunities and expiring inventory risks using segmentation to drive efficiency
* Internal (non- end customer impacting) business events effecting the inventory strategy (EU MDR)
BO Reporting: BO Projection Report, Open Order Fulfillment, etc.
Management of Cross Sell LatAm Process (Allocation of excess considering regional requirements).
Write off Definition & projection.
Instrumental Sets Management:
* Instrumental Sets View (Instrumental Tracking Tool)
* PO placement
* Reporting & Status
In-country fair share allocation management and execution (Supply Constraints Scenarios).
Distributors training: Topics related to Supply and Inventory Planning.
KPIS Calculation/Follow-up: Suppliers performance.
Follow-up and performance measurement of countries Transit File.
Upload of NRP file in monthly basis.
**What you will need**
* Bachelors degree in Administration, Engineering or similar areas.
* Supply planning knowledge: demand, response, and Inventory planning (MRP Material Requirement Plan Process).
* Previous experience in Inventory Management.
* Advanced English skills.
* Basic / Intermediate Portuguese skills.
