Professional Housekeeper / House Cleaner

Two Maids of Shoreview is hiring!! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team as a Professional Housekeeper/House Cleaner. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy physical work, and genuinely want to support others, we want to hear from you! We offer flexible scheduling, excellent pay, and a supportive, family-like environment. No previous experience is necessarywe provide full paid training!

Full-time, Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends), $17-$25 per cleaning hour avg, Bonus's, Tips, PTO, Paid Holidays, Dental, Vision, Fuel Reimbursement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing.
• Follow specific client and team directions and adhere to established cleaning procedures.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and team members.
• Self-manage your time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled limits.
• Problem-solve and adapt quickly to different cleaning needs and environments.
• Build strong customer relationships by being a good listener and consistently delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• No previous experience necessary we provide comprehensive paid training.
