Core Responsibilities

• Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential HVAC systems (gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, AC, mini-splits).
• Perform full system installations and changeouts, ensuring compliance with all local codes.
• Serve as a trusted consultant: Offer ethical recommendations for system replacement options and earn commission on service sales.

Required Qualifications

• Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) and  WA Electrical License (06A/06B preferred).
• Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.
