About the Role
Were hiring a part-time
Nurse Practitioner to serve as
Clinic Director for our Virginia Beach location that is willing to transition to full-time (M-F 8-5) within 4-6 months after hire. This is a specialty role focused on mens health and wellness, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight Loss, vitamin and peptide therapy, ED treatment, musculoskelatol injuries and hair loss . Youll lead patient care, grow the clinic, and enjoy
no weekends, no call, and no insurance billing . We are hiring with an anticipated start date of December 1st..
What Youll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in areas such as:
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, P-Shot, Gainswave, prescription therapy)
- Medical Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, PRP Hair Restoration, and Vitamin Therapy
- Serve as Clinical Director and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Collaborate with our Medical Director and support team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Participate in local outreach (sports events, health fairs, community partners)
- Support marketing and growth efforts (referrals, social media, community presence)
Who Were Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia (in good standing)
- DEA and controlled substance license required
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
- Strong comfort with mens health, hormone therapy, and wellness
- Business-minded, patient-first, and excited to grow a clinic
- Previous clinic management experience a plus
Ideal Backgrounds May Include
- Primary Care, Urology, Sports Medicine, Endocrinology, or Mens Wellness
- Familiarity with TRT, HRT, or medical aesthetics is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve lasting lifestyle transformation
Schedule & Benefits
- Part-time 3-days per week transitioning to full-time within 4-6 months, MondayFriday, 8am5pm
- No nights, no weekends, no on-call
- Competitive hourly rate with monthly and annual bonus potential. Once the transition to full-time takes place, the hourly rate becomes a salary.
