The Role:

We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join us as our next Sales Recruiter . Don’t worry if you lack prior recruiting experience; we will provide comprehensive training. What you need is a passion for success, strong personal drive, and the ability to connect with others. You will focus on finding, screening, and scheduling interviews for exceptional sales talent.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the recruitment pipeline: post job openings, source candidates, and reach out to potential applicants.
• Conduct engaging and efficient phone interviews (training will be provided).
• Coordinate interview schedules with our local hiring teams.
• Maintain and organize applicant tracking systems diligently.
• Achieve weekly volume and hiring targets in this fast-paced environment!
