We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our awesome sales team! As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. 

Position Overview:

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing personalized recommendations
• Handle inquiries via hotline, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
• Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
• Promote continuous improvement in consumer engagement processes and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in   sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage inquiries across various platforms.

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain professionalism in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
