Job Description
Eagle Window Distributing Co of the Twin Cities has been serving the window and door needs of thousands of customers since 1982. For 43 years Eagle Window has been a direct distributor and installer of quality products such as Andersen, Therma-Tru and Sierra Pacific.
We are looking to hire an outside sales representative for residential windows and doors. Our focus is installed sales to contractors and remodelers as well as direct to homeowners. We are looking for an individual who is independent, efficient, has a passion for developing sales relationships and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has a proven history of work ethic and is a self-managing person committed to upholding the company's standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Generate profitable sales by originating leads and conducting sales presentations.
Accurately measure existing products to provide accurate sizing for quoted products.
Quote window and door projects.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects and homeowners.
Effectively use multiple software systems to quote, sell and communicate with clients.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
Work individually and as part of a team.
Complete relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Requirements Include:
2 years of direct work experience with contractors and/or homeowners in window and door sales.
Able to perform calculations and mathematical figures.
Exceptional verbal, listening and communication skills.
Keep a positive energy, be goal driven and a self-starter.
Maintain accurate records.
Quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude.
Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Background screen and drug test.
This is a base pay plus commission position:
Base pay from $52,000/year + Commission (potential of $150,000+/year combined)
