Join our team at Solitude Mountain Resort for a rewarding opportunity as a Massage Therapist!

This is a full-time, seasonal role located at Solitude Mountain Spa / The Inn in Solitude, UT. We are seeking passionate and dedicated massage therapists to provide exceptional massage services to our diverse clientele, including tourists, locals, and resort owners.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed massage therapist with an active license to practice in the State of Utah.
• Experience or willingness to learn various massage techniques, including Swedish, hot stone, sports, and deep-tissue massage.
• Willingness to provide and learn body treatments like body wraps and scrubs.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to personalize treatments for each guest.
• Endurance to perform multiple massages and treatments consistently throughout the day.
• Ability to commute to Big Cottonwood Canyon using reliable transportation, with necessary snow tires/chains when needed.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments efficiently.
• Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your first service to prepare your space for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the massage rooms and spa area.
• Promote retail products and services based on your knowledge of the spa.
• Assist with closing procedures at the end of your shift.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure readiness for clients.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures effectively.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions.
