As a Security Professional - Construction Patrol in Winnemucca, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible throughout the site, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability. This post is primarily a driving role, so you will be responsible for monitoring multiple areas of the property by vehicle and/or on foot as needed. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing conditions or assignments as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions, subject to Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements; driving experience is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
