Responsible for purchasing advertising space in print, outdoor, broadcast, and online outlets, such as magazines, billboards, radio stations, television stations, and websites./ppFor this opportunity, youre a great fit if you can/pulliLeads media strategy, planning, execution and reporting for clients all media channels and platforms./liliManages a team of individual contributors./liliEstablishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility./liliProvides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent./liliManages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards./liliIdentifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality./liliManages assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members./liliEnsures that top talent is hired and retained for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility./liliDefines and builds organizational capabilities necessary to meet the business strategy./liliActs as a resource for the following media tactics: paid search, display, digital and traditional radio, traditional print, social media, digital and traditional video, website analytics, billboards./liliConstantly keeping up to date in all areas surrounding media, including industry trends, platform features, new segmentation options, performance increasing measures./liliLeads large scale research to create customized strategic media plans across various objectives, audiences, budgets, geos, targeting, etc./liliProvides campaign estimates of performance, costs and conversions./liliDefines and develops reporting metrics, KPIs and benchmarks for all media and website traffic./liliResponsible for the overall media strategy for the year, including maintaining the clients yearly media budget and billing./liliRegularly performing thorough campaign optimizations./liliAnalyzing campaign performance and integrating website traffic metrics./liliBuilding and maintaining online dashboards./liliProviding strong takeaways and actionable insights./liliIncorporating and recommending SEO opportunities that are linked to running media to the client./liliIdentifying market trends and growth opportunities./liliMedia buying for the following tactics: paid search, display, digital and traditional radio, traditional print, social media, digital and traditional video, website analytics, billboards, television./liliWorking closely with vendors, negotiating rates, signing contracts and overall, maintaining consistency in the process./liliAlways discovering new, more efficient solutions and methods to strengthen the department./liliRegularly researches solutions to difficult questions from clients or internal teams./liliPresenting departmental capabilities and conducting internal training./liliPresenting media capabilities, plans and reports to clients./liliCollaborate with other internal teams to ensure media is linked to strategy./liliEnsure that projects are completed within the given timeframe, within budget and meeting the goal of exceeding client expectations./li/ulpIn this exciting career opportunity, you will have/pulli6 years of experience./liliBachelors degree, preferably in business, science or mathematics./liliMS or MBA preferred./li/ulpTargeted Compensation.../pp$98,000 - $123,000 depending on experience./ppCompensation Range/pp$102,800.00 - $154,200.00/ppCurrency/ppUSD/ppType/ppSalary/ppAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example./ppCLEAResult does not provide sponsorship of any kind.
