The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a snow plow to keep our customers' properties clear of snow during and after snow storms.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Truck with a snow plow and salter on various properties.
• Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow events and prepare accordingly.
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in snow removal, maintain a high standard in safety and quality
• Contribute to clearing pathways, driveways, laneways and parking lots efficiently and safely for our clients and their customers.
• Follow Company-specific and industry best practices
• Transportation to and from the yard
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and achieve timely service.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Filling out daily vehicle logs/circle checks prior to leaving the yard.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience in operating Trucks, with plows and salters
• Previous snow removal experience is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours, on-call basis, 24/7, during snow events with irregular and extended hours, including nights weekends and holidays, as snow events may vary.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to safety protocols and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
