MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency recognized as one of Ad Age’s 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work, is currently seeking an Social Media Marketing Account Manager with 3-5+ years agency experience to join our social media marketing team as a hybrid or in-office (Hunt Valley, MD) employee. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary forward-facing social media strategist on client account(s), building relationships with assigned clients and teams Guide both organic and paid advertising strategies, as well as influencer initiatives Execute social plans across organic, paid, and influencers, in collaboration with various internal teams Work with and guide design team to create visual elements Offer occasional copywriting for social media ads and content, based on needs Work with clients and internal teams to define success metrics and evaluate business impact of digital strategies and projects Offer frequent monitoring and analysis of results across social platforms Develop and implement campaign optimizations Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and plans Maintain ongoing education around tactics and emerging trends relevant to the market industry, as well as client industries Educate internal teams and clients on trends, behaviors, and technologies Seek out ways to grow existing client business Provide insights and recommendations when pitching new business What We Want from You: 3-5+ years social media marketing experience, ideally at an advertising/marketing agency Experience communicating with internal and external audiences, including clients Experience across both organic and paid social Hybrid or in-office presence, particularly for meetings, photo and video shoots, and other in-office needs Strong writing abilities and attention to detail Adaptable, flexible Positive and solutions-oriented attitude Perks of the Job: Position is eligible for hybrid work or in-office work options 3 p.m. Fridays year-round 401(k) plan 11 paid holidays, in addition to emergency-only client service the week between Christmas and New Year’s Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans Company-provided life insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability Company Paid Maternity/Parental Leave Membership to a Wholesale Club of your choice (paid for by MGH) Life at MGH: Two-time (2019 and 2020) Ad Age “Best Places to Work” award winner An agency that was founded on belief that the best place to work produces the best work An “intrapreneurial” culture that rewards big thinking with career development opportunities Drinks and snacks provided for your pleasure FUN committee that plans events, including Happy Hours, Holiday festivities and more Thank you for your interest in MGH, an Equal Opportunity Employer.
