A day in the life. As a Solutions Architect on our Employee Health & Benefits team, you will serve as a strategic partner, bridging sales, client services, and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients and prospects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Team (Producers) to represent the strategy, design, and value of our solutions. Your primary focus will be to guide clients and prospects through a competitive market landscape, ensuring we showcase the best of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) and deliver innovative, effective benefits solutions. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Sales acumen and experience of presenting well-articulated solutions to key buyers and influencers. Strong analytical skills to understand a client's unique challenges and opportunities and to leverage the resources available within MMA to develop solutions and alternatives. Working knowledge of employee benefit plans with 10+ years of industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills. Experience managing, implementing and renewing small and large group health & welfare plans including medical, dental, ancillary, FSA and COBRA plans. Working knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA and other state and federal employee benefit regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required. State Life/Health insurance license required. The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $214,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
