You are responsible for btg re-orders, monthly inventory and providing parties with wine. You will have cellar/admin pay and tips in the pool. Your influence and preference will be used for building adding to the wine list. The list is over 300 Classic French Selections with great age and depth in Bordeaux and Burgundy with a few international selections. There is Captain responsibility with our other captains.
