This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with experience efficiently handling various recruitment tasks, from sourcing to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) will be crucial in identifying top talent, managing the recruitment cycle for assigned roles, and improving our recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Foundational Recruitment Skills: Understanding recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer Service Orientation : Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, providing a positive candidate experience and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role or relevant internship experience.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement :

  • Communicate with candidates to provide information about the recruitment process and Sunstate Equipment.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support in updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data management.

Collaboration with the HR Team:

  • Work closely with other HR team members to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Participate in recruitment meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in compiling recruitment metrics and reports.
