Top Skills: Engineering or electronics experience background Familiarity with Data Center Architecture Job Description: The team develops all product documentation and support collaterals for DSG server products. CW Tech Writers and Illustrators collaborate with product specialists to create all defined product documents. They also provide technical publication services to the broader DSG organization. The selected candidate will work alongside product specialists to develop Product Specifications, Installation and Service Manuals, Product Catalogs, Marketing Brochures, and other collaterals. Additionally, they will perform tasks such as proofreading, spell checking, editing, formatting, and document reviews to ensure compliance with Client's legal and marketing standards. While some technical knowledge of Client server products is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The team values tech writers for their writing skills and ability to produce clear, well-read documents. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Excellent English communication skills High proficiency in writing with strong grammar skills High attention to detail Experience writing technical specifications and manuals Strong working knowledge of publishing tools: Microsoft Office (Required) Acrolinx (Desirable) Adobe InDesign (Desirable) Candidates will be asked to provide writing samples during the interview process. Education and Experience: Minimum: AA degree with 4-6 years of technical writing experience Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with technical specifications and procedural manuals required Technical background preferred Experience with DITA format is a plus Additional Notes: The position starts as remote.
