Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for lithium battery systems (both automated and manual)
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all test results and procedures
• Analyze test results to characterize system behavior and identify anomalies
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and product development teams to resolve issues
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying test gaps and recommending enhancements
• Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts during product development or field failures

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Proven testing experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in both team-based and startup-style environments

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with lithium batteries or energy storage systems
• Experience with data acquisition tools and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Familiarity with battery testing standards (e.g., UL1973, UL9540A)
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
