We are Looking to fill Multiple Positions for Tow Truck Operators with Experience Operating Flatbeds.

-Must have a Clean Driver's License.
-Must be at least 23 years old.
-Must pass a Background Check.
-Must have Prior TOWING EXPERIENCE.
-Able to lift a min of 50 LBS.
-We do not train.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Assist Customers with disabled vehicles with services such as; Jump Start, Winch out, Tire Changes, Towing and Accident Recover.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service by assisting Customers with associated vehicle needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the tow truck.
• Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
• Previous Experience operating a tow truck.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with Customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Physical Stamina and Strength to Load, Unload, and Secure Vehicles onto the Tow Truck.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle stressful situations calmly.
