Job Title: Influencer Manager II – Talent and Travel Experience

Duration: 12 month W2 Contract

Pay Rate: USD $34 – $43 per hour

Location: Hybrid (On-campus Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Experience Manager (Contract) to deliver exceptional experiences for VIPs and influencer partners attending global events. This role focuses on comprehensive travel coordination, ensuring smooth logistics and high-touch service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

Travel Management

• Coordinate all aspects of influencer travel including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and logistics.
• Act as the primary contact for influencers, tailoring arrangements to individual preferences and schedules.
• Partner with travel agencies and internal teams to manage bookings and itinerary changes.
• Track and manage travel budgets and documentation.
• Provide clear guidance on immigration and visa requirements across regions.

VIP Service

• Deliver white-glove service from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
• Resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Influencer Management, Events, and Travel Operations teams to align logistics and expectations.
• Support event programming through tailored travel coordination.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate records of itineraries, preferences, and expenses.
• Create and distribute detailed travel documents including confirmations, itineraries, and FAQs.

Process Optimization

• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Use feedback to refine processes and elevate the VIP travel experience.

On-Site Event Support

• Assist with on-site production including schedule coordination, vendor management, and day-of logistics.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, event logistics, or related fields (entertainment, gaming, hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with international travel coordination and visa processes.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems; agency experience is a plus.
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences.
