Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in South Hill, Virginia.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

• Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Contribute to a growth-oriented and results-driven work environment.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Track and report patient progress to adjust therapy plans as needed.

• Utilize pipelines to identify potential success in therapy outcomes.

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Educate patients and families on therapy processes and goals.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials to practice in Virginia.

• Eagerness to participate in professional development opportunities for skill enhancement.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in occupational therapy, preferably in travel therapy.

• Commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Proven ability to develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients.

• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs effectively.

• Experience in utilizing pipelines to identify potential success in therapy outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets and contributing to team success.

• Proficient in tracking and reporting patient progress to adjust therapy plans.
