Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, user flows and prototypes
• Design high-Client UI mockups that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability results
• Ensure consistency access interfaces using design systems and style guides
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Figma, AdobeXD, UI/UX, HTML/CSS, Prototypin.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX principles. information architecture and interaction design
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (Collaboration Level, not required to code)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
