Innova Solutions is hiring an UX Writer for a Financial Service client. Position Type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6+ months Location: 100% Remote - EST/CST only! Products are Web/SaaS - We have product that was delivered without any content creation or control. The first big project will be a comprehensive audit of the released products and production of a recommendation list for what should be changed. Prioritized, of course. There are probably two other big projects on the horizon. As a UX Writer with Company's Digital Advisor Experience team, you will bring your language skills to bear on the screen wording used in our applications. Responsibilities will range from microcopy to user-visible messages, help text, and similar, based on company objectives and user needs. You will develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that enhances the usability, comprehension, and overall satisfaction of our users - financial advisors and the office professionals who support them. You recognize how clear language enhances efficiency for these users and can help partners optimize the language used within the spatial constraints of product screens and web pages. You will collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to shape the narrative and voice of our digital experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints. Responsibilities: Write content that simplifies the experience and delights users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, technologists, usability specialists, and experience owners. Operate with empathy and evidence to inform content choices and recommendations. Collaborate with UX Research to gather evidence that guides your choices and recommendations. Question existing terminology, test for comprehension, and push for accessibility alternatives. Provide specific feedback to the teams and business stakeholders that is constructive, smart, and intelligible - providing definite recommendations on where to take the work next. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Communications, Design, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to craft clear and compelling copy for digital products. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with standard design processes and methodologies, such as user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Proficiency in integrating human-centered design principles into your work and advocating for the needs of the user. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Emerging recognition of the intersection between design, business goals, and technical constraints, with a desire to contribute to the broader success of the organization. Relevant agile experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $45-50/hr W2.
