Your Responsibilities:

1. Engage with inbound Zillow leads and cultivate client relationships.
2. Conduct showings, consultations, and listing appointments.
3. Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.
4. Maintain CRM activity and ensure consistent client follow-up.
5. Deliver a 5-star service experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Active Real Estate License in Georgia.
2. Full-time availability.
3. Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Coachable and driven to succeed.
5. Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Commission-based. Six-figure potential for agents ready to work the system.
