• Real-world experience inside a professional sports organization
• Deeper mastery of Adobe Creative Suite while working within established brand guidelines
• How to design compelling visuals that engage fans and elevate the gameday experience
• Cross-team collaboration with marketing creative and other departments
• Portfolio-ready projects produced under real deadlines
• How to tell powerful stories through sports-focused visual design

Qualifications :

• A current junior or senior pursuing Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign required After Effects a plus)
• Strong grasp of typography layout color theory and core design principles
• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn
• An excellent communicator and team player
• Equipped with a portfolio showcasing your creative work
• Passionate about sports with familiarity of the New York Red Bulls and MLS considered a bonus
