About the Role Join Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center as an Activity Director and lead engaging, person-centered programs that enrich the lives of our senior residents. Location & Shifts Location: Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Lebanon, IL Shift: Full-Time What You’ll Do Design and implement resident-tailored activity programs (games, arts & crafts, music, community events). Lead both individual and group activities, maintaining a comprehensive monthly calendar. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative staff to align activities with overall care plans. Assess residents and contribute to individualized care planning. Supervise activity assistants and volunteers, ensuring activity supplies are stocked and organized. Perform administrative tasks and reports as required by leadership. Foster a warm, energetic, and fun environment that enhances resident quality of life. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in long-term care (open to other backgrounds). Creative, enthusiastic personality with a passion for senior engagement. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Positive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting. Adaptable, multitaskable, and resident-first mindset.
