We have an immediate need for a Lead Detailer with Electrical, Mechanical and Construction drafting experience for our Fullerton, CA location (Headquarters). The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Foreman / Superintendent who has run their own projects of equal to or greater than $10M in electrical contract size. *** Two Bonus Plans, Free Medical Plan Options, Work Life Balance *** Primary Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a project lead (PM, Super, General Foreman) to help accurately detail electrical installation drawings and details as required. Work in collaborative environment and make adjustments as required and in a timely manner. Work with General Foreman, Revit/CAD operator to assist with jobsite coordination. Prepare and review plans and layouts for equipment or system arrangements and space allocations. Qualifications: Must understand how to read construction documents and shop drawings. (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Structural.) Must have a strong Construction, Architectural, or Electrical background. Must be able to draw sketches/details that are accurately dimensioned. Must have strong communication and Bluebeam skills. Working knowledge of NEC and local codes. Knowledge of electrical installation methods and best practices is preferred. Electrical design or construction background is REQUIRED.
