DescriptionWe're in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.Responsibilities•Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.•Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries and towels.•Keep hallways, lobbies, and common areas clean.•Replenish housekeeping supplies and linens.•Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed.•Report maintenance issues or damages.•Work efficiently with the housekeeping team.•Provide friendly service to guests.•Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies•Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned•Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel's standards before guests arrive•Answer general questions from guests•Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs neededQualifications•Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.•Ability to work efficiently and follow a cleaning schedule.•Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.•Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.•Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.•Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.•Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and team members.•Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired•Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques•Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills•Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
