What We're Looking For:
Experienced Hair Stylist: Licensed Cosmetologist with 2 years of experience preferred.
Skillful in:
Haircutting (men's and women's)
Coloring (highlights, balayage, color correction)
Styling (blowouts, updos, special occasion styling)
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to listen to client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to contribute to a positive salon environment.
Passion for the Industry: Eager to learn and grow, with a commitment to staying current with trends.
Reliable and Punctual: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a professional appearance.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Generous commission-based pay, Sign on Bonus $1000.00 Vacation pay Christmas Bonus.
