Prominent celebrity psychologist seeks long-term (multi-month) temporary Executive Assistant to provide in-person support for her dynamic practice.
Requirements include:
• 5 years’ Executive Assistant experience or equivalent
• Google calendar
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility around hours
• Ability to communicate with press and other important stakeholders
Responsibilities include:
• Onsite reception: checking in patients
• Extensive calendaring and scheduling
• Communications on behalf of principal
• Lifestyle support
4 days/week M-Th in person 8am-5:30pm; Friday remote, very occasional weekend hours.
$40/hr.
