Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION:  

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and completing all maintenance duties, tasks and documentation required at the Marianna, FL Proud Source Water facility.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Preventative Maintenance:  

• Ensure the maintenance team is performing all PM as outlined in the master maintenance schedule. 
• Signing off and documenting all PM within MaintainX .
• Ensuring the maintenance technicians are performing all PM in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality.

Routine Maintenance & Repairs:  

• Managing the maintenance technicians and supervisor to complete all required repairs in the facility and on the production line as needed or requested through MaintainX w ork orders.
• Managing the maintenance technicians and supervisor to ensure all parts that are required repairs in the facility and on the production line are in stock and on hand.
• Reviewing all documentation on work orders
• Managing techs and supervisor to ensure all maintenance and repairs are being completed in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality. 
• Working with the Supply Chain Coordinator to schedule appropriate down time for production line change overs and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

To perform this job successfully individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities to perform the essential functions:  

EDUCATION:  

• Mechanical degree /certificate preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:  

• 2 yrs previous maintenance experience  

SKILLS/PROFICIENCES:  

• Solid listening / communication
• Leadership and management
• Trouble shooting
