Now Hiring! Job Coaches/Direct Support Providers for ABA Day Program - Weekends Off Guaranteed hours

Starting Pay $18.50 $21.00

• Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly.
• Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4.
• Additional pay for AA/Bachelors degree
• Additional pay for RBT. RBT training available IN HOUSE
• AEC runs a 1:2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of age
  • Reliable vehicle
  • CA Drivers License (with over 3 years of driving experience - no more than 2 infractions in the past 3 years)
    
  • High school diploma
  • Location - Santa Ana, CA
  • Department - 8:00 Am - 2:30 PM
  • Employment Type - Part-Time 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Minimum Experience - Entry-level
