QA Lead with strong Salesforce

Note: This is a W-2 employee position only. Staffing company candidates and independent contractors will not be considered. All work must be performed in the United States.

Location: Onsite 2-3 days per week at Bloomfield CT, Morris Plains NJ, Bloomington MN, St Louis MO, Austin TX, Plano TX or Nashville TN.

Core Hours: 8 AM-5 PM CST

Duties:

Provide expert consultation to engineering teams and product owners for Salesforce application development and implementation.

Collaborate with clients, IT management, and engineering teams throughout project life cycles.

Draft, revise, and approve test plans/scripts to meet QA standards.

Create test data files to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow in Salesforce functional testing.

Plan and oversee user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing, ensuring issues are resolved.

Develop new or modified QA procedures and metrics to assess the quality of Salesforce enhancements.

Review Provar automation scripts and support automated regression testing.

Establish and maintain consistent Salesforce testing methodologies, providing leadership and technical expertise.

Required Skills:

3+ years as a QA Lead

5+ years of Salesforce functional testing

3+ years of test automation experience

Conga CLM testing experience

Provar Automation and Test Manager experience (a plus)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
