About the Role

As a Sales Instructional Designer, reporting into the Senior Manager of Sales eLearning & Development, you will be an integral part of the Sales team that focuses on Sales Learning & Development for JPMS. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining fundamental eLearning content for the sales organization.

What You will Do :

• Create microlearning modules
• Revise marketing updates to existing eLearning courses
• Execute updates for soft-skill courses
• Implement international course translation updates
• Create gamified interactions
• Create and design eblast banners, thumbnails, infographics, and more
• Coordinate resources and support delivery of instructional content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content, validate learning, objectives, and ensure training programs are relevant and impactful
• Responsible for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals

What You'll Need:

Skills:

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Review 360, and/or Adobe Captivate
• Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
• Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
• Familiarity with project management systems, such as Workfront
• Possess critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML are preferred

Education :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certification of Instructional Design preferred

Experience :

• 2+ years' experience in an Instructional Designer role
• Experience in the beauty industry preferred

Competitive Compensation:

• The expected base salary range for this position for California based candidates is $70,000 to $80,000 . The exact base salary is determined by various factors including geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Compensation for all non-California based candidates will be subject to local markets in addition to depending on experience.
• Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
