Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Monument, CO, is seeking a dedicated Counselor to provide per diem evaluations. This contract position focuses exclusively on conducting student evaluations, supporting the schools efforts to assess and address student needs efficiently during the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for K-12 students.
• Analyze assessment results and prepare clear, concise evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards.
• Support the schools commitment to student well-being and academic success through expert evaluation services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Counselor certification or relevant credentials for K-12 school settings.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and interpretation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexible scheduling for per diem assignments.
