The Senior SEO Strategist ensures the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for the Company, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The role involves analyzing SEO trends, researching emerging tools and methods, and making strategic recommendations to grow the digital business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure CRO / SEO programs, including opportunity analysis, campaign planning, audits, and management are executed timely and correctly. Provide tactical CRO / SEO recommendations for new product launches, website updates, and category expansions. Research and recommend off-site link opportunities to build visibility, relevance, and traffic. Monitor traffic, rankings, and KPIs for the Company and competitors; recommend strategic adjustments. Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals, including keyword optimization. Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization. Manage partnerships with location management partners and oversee Google Product Listings. Monitor and manage search engine tools and feeds. Research and recommend link building campaigns. Identify growth opportunities within the company's marketing efforts and develop cross-channel initiatives. Develop and implement on-site SEO strategies, including meta tags, content recommendations, and technical SEO elements. Mentor, coach, and train SEO / CRO team members. Stay current with industry trends and technologies, recommending new strategies and tools. Assist employees, vendors, and customers with SEO / CRO-related inquiries. Complete work accurately and promptly, providing excellent customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of five years of CRO / SEO experience with relevant tools and techniques. Proven success in developing and managing SEO / CRO initiatives. Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking strategies. Advanced understanding of technical SEO factors, web strategies, and analytics tools. Experience with keyword tools like Google, SEMrush, WordTracker, etc. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, data analytics, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HTML / CSS, WordPress, and SQL is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; SEO certification such as GAIQ is required.
